These are some screenshots taken of  a adventure travel site I did for Expedia. The idea behind the site is that you book a trip around a activity such as surfing or mountain biking. The site was lauched in March, so you can check it out here.

This project targeted expedia travelers that incorporate activities (ie: mountain biking, kayaking, surfing, etc.) into their travel plans. The site lets you search for trips by destinations, activities or adventures.

My contribution to the project was the overall design including layout, illustrations, imagery selection, and development of all modules.

The design process included illustration of the header, background and textures, navigation and way-finding element designs and the spinning globe module that offers random destination points of interest.
